Horrible no flavor rice still hard in both dishes. Egg was over cooked tasted like oil and the pan. Dumplings very mediocre no taste. Only soy sauce available to help help flavor. Very disappointing for for 40bucks we spent to have dinner.

Tried the jjamppong, stir fried jjajangmyun, tangsuyuk, and enjoyed it! The portion was very generous, a lot of seafood and vegetables in both noodles. The spice level felt a bit milder than traditional Korean jjamppong, but honestly I think that was a smart choice for introducing more people to Korean-Chinese food. What surprised me most was seeing so many non-Korean customers enjoying jjamppong. A family in a line even stopped us while we were carrying ours to the table just to ask what we ordered. There were a lot of people over the weekend so I suggest finding a spot to sit first and order.

We had been waiting for an authentic Korean-Chinese restaurant to open, and Paik’s Noodle absolutely exceeded every expectation. It was so worth the two-hour drive from Tampa for this meal. The Jaengban Jjajang (the stir-fried one) was phenomenal — deeply savory with an incredible smoky flavor that reminded me of the real Korean-Chinese restaurants back in Korea. The noodles were perfectly cooked, the sauce was rich and flavorful without being overwhelming, and the seafood toppings were unbelievably generous. You can immediately tell they do not cut corners with ingredients or preparation. What impressed me most was how much topping and sauce came with the jjajang. We had so much delicious leftover vegetables, seafood, and sauce that I couldn’t let it go to waste, so I packed it to-go. As soon as we got home, my wife stir-fried rice with the leftovers and it became another amazing meal. That alone says a lot about the quality and richness of the food. The entire family loved it, and it genuinely felt like the kind of comforting, authentic Korean-Chinese food we had been missing for years. Highly recommended. 5 stars without hesitation.

Try this famous food after my grocery shopping at H-Mart. They are located in the food court of H-Mart. I love their Jajangmyeon. The noodle is al dente combined with delicious black beans sauce. The sauce has little chunks of pork and vegetables. My partner likes their jajang rice which is basically the same black beans sauce but serve with white rice and shrimp omelette for the topping. It’s also come with jjamppong which is spicy seafood soup. We also like their sweet and sour pork. We request for the sauce to be separated so the pork still crispy when we eat it together with our meal. The staff is not really knowledgeable but thankfully, the owner is there to help out. The service is fast. It’s always crowded on the weekends and might be hard to find a seat during lunch time. But definitely will be back for the jajangmyeon!!

I ordered the #1 and #6. The food looked and smelled amazing when it came out, so my expectations were pretty high. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t quite match that first impression. Ordering wasn’t great. The cashier seemed like they didn’t really want to be there, which made the interaction feel a bit uncomfortable. As for the food, the portion sizes were good, but the dishes themselves lacked flavor and seasoning. The #1 had very little meat, and the pieces that were there were extremely small and sparse. The omelet rice dish came with only four tiny shrimp that honestly looked like the freeze-dried shrimp you find in Cup Noodles. For a Korean-Chinese restaurant, I expected much more flavor, seasoning, and spice. Even the soup was fairly bland, though it did at least have a slight spicy kick. This was my first visit, and while the presentation and portions were good, the lack of flavor made the overall experience pretty underwhelming.
